Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Helpdesk Calls regarding Invoice Booking, Vendor queries, Payment details, Ledgers, Customer reconciliation related to AP, AR, GL, Export Shipments
Handle Internal department queries related to Employee payments, reimbursements to be processed through SSC
Handle Help Desk Ticketing Tool to track Query Tickets of internal & external stakeholders
Manage Open Tickets on daily basis and aim at closure / resolution of atleast 40 tickets in a day.
Raise Tickets in the Tool to keep track of the daily queries addressed by the help desk
Maintain Ad-hoc tracker for any queries
Vendor ledger reconciliation as per need basis
Check Invoice booking status, Payments status in SAP

Exp - 2-3 yrs
SAP FICO Must
Accounting Knowledge
Female Preferable
