Job Description
The candidate should hold a Law Degree from a reputed University / College with around 15 + years of post Qualification experience preferably in the Construction, infrastructure, and Mining Industry. Candidates who have worked as
Advocates and having the right exposure before the Courts' will be given preference.
The candidate should have hands on experience in dealing with the following:
Dealing with litigation - legal cases and court matters, defending the company's rights and interests and effectively countering litigation against the company; and taking appropriate legal recourse, including filing Writ Petitions, instituting legal cases against the defaulting parties, in consultation with the Head of the Dept. to safeguard the company's interests
Drafting of agreements, preparing Legal briefs for solicitors/legal counsels and legal documentation and case papers Dealing with alternative dispute resolution mechanism like arbitration
Ability to interpret laws, rules and regulations and apply them to work as required.
Possess Effective Verbal and written communication skills and should be able to draft legal clauses / contracts, prepare reports and correspondence related to work
The Job involves travelling.

UG:Any Graduate - Any Specialization, LLB - Law
PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, LLM - Law
