Roles & responsibilities :
1. Exemplified ability to source at a supply-chain scale as indicated by improving the volume of applicants per week/month/year.
2. Exemplified ability to use multiple sourcing channels to rapidly scale efficient hiring as indicated by reducing the cost per applicant from X to Y.
3. Exemplified ability to understand Business needs and apply operational expertise to execute recruitment
4. Exemplified ability to keep the team motivated and drive outcomes in line with functional goals
5. Exemplified ability to come up with creative, out of the box approach and solutions to business challenges
