Strong knowledge of Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation, and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying  Employees, Employment Law.

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.

Should have worked with Top-level to lower level of organization

Must have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of Experience in ITES Sectors.

* MBA in HR is preferable.

Work Location: Coimbatore (Frequently needs to visit Bangalore branch as well).
