We are looking for Seasoned professional Recruiters with strong experience India Recruitment for our offices in Chennai, India. Candidates must have good experience in hiring IT Professionals for BFSI, e-commerce, and product development companies.

Position: Technical Recruiter

Office Locations: Chennai (T-Nagar), India

Work timing: Regular 9-6 PM IST

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Notice Period - looking for Immediate joiners only, max 15 days notice.

Job Description:

Good to have1 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment for domestic Indian Market.

Must have Handled full life cycle of contract / fulltime IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.

Experience hiring using social media, Networking is highly preferred.

Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches, like Naukri, Monster and open web.

Must have good experience in sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per clients requirements.

Must have strong technical knowledge in present-day IT technologies and must be able to illustrate when required.

Experience working on a matrix environment would be a plus. Experience working with MNC's for internal hiring IT professionals would be a plus.

Must be a Strong team player and a lead with positive mind-set to drive results from the team

The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.

MUST have very good command in verbal and written communication skills.

Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment

Any experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases would be a plus.
