Job Responsibilities
Handling End to the End Recruitment process.
Ability to work on own initiative and persistence about the work.
Understanding the requirements received from clients.
Strong sourcing skills and zeal to learn new things.
Proficient Experience on Sourcing profiles through various channels like Job Portals like Naukri, employee Referrals and Internal Database.
Interacting with the candidate, doing the initial screening.
Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand job role.
Scheduling telephonic, Face to Face and Walk-in Interviews.
Salary Negotiations.
Maintaining Database of all the profiles which are submitted, selected & Rejected.
Experience in HR operations
Employee Engagement
Vendor Management
Compensation and Benefits
Exit Formalities
Desired Profile
4+ years of experience as HR Executive (End to End HR process).
Should have Strong Excel skills.
Should be enthusiastic with good attitude & interest to learn
Should have good English language skills
Education- Any Graduate
