Handling Mid to senior level mandates and closing as per TAT and before TAT. Responsible for maintaining reports and trackers related to Recruitment and BGV. Sourcing from various job portals and accessing them Interview Coordination. Offer negotiation, candidate counseling and post offer candidate engagement. SPOC for assigned clients. Managing Stakeholder escalations and resolving them as per SLAs Ensure TAT is maintained and accomplished for all requirements. Assisting in HR Operations.
