Girkon is urgently looking for a   Sr. Executive - Human Resource Demand & Capacity Management.

Walk-in Details:

Job Description:
4-6 years of experience in Managing the overall pool hierarchy, has access to all resource pools and manages reorganisations.

Responsibilities include:
Planning Human Resource requirements in consultation with PMs as per the assigned budgets
Managing resource pool and hierarchy
Assigning or modifying pool managers and transferring resources between pools.
Manage existing bench identify demand/opportunities and do resource planning accordingly thus assisting in better forecasting.
Tracking and reporting utilization of bench resources. Preparing and sending across the demand and supply tracker to senior management for weekly calls.
Work with the senior leadership and provide regular staffing updates, share challenges and suggest improvements
Manage Forecast Utilization by evaluating the upcoming new programs.
Maintain a high internal fulfilment target as set by management - define and execute resource movement process across projects, clients and various business units.
Coordinate with different Delivery Managers / Heads to identify training needs of the available bench of experienced resources, based on the project pipeline and/or individual needs.
Identify opportunities for re-skilling / cross-skilling and drive that.
Maintain Employee Skill Matrix for the employees across business units.
Coordinate with various departments like recruitment and training for the smooth functioning of activities.
Maintain project and resource status in our internal Project Management App
Must have experience working with IT Software Industry
Early joiners will be preferred
