Brief description :
Required:
1-4 years of Hands-on experience in windows server monitoring (SolarWinds, PRTG or any other monitoring tool)
Understanding of large-scale applications, network architectures, monitoring and fault management.
Experience in Windows systems resource monitoring and firewall management (third party appliances).
Experience in Hyper-V, Storage management and different Windows Systems services.
Knowledge in different Windows server version and server migration process.
Experience Website hosting, DB management and migration.
Knowledge in SQL Server basics.
Knowledge in Linux server/Client OS Management and troubleshooting.
Experience in remote support and software application troubleshooting.
Coordinate between support and development teams to ensure effectiveness.
Delivery of monitoring services to the end-user.

Preferred skills
BTech/BCA/MCA/MTech/BSc.
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Willing to work in a rotational shift as per client requirement.
