Brief description :
Process Associate (UK Process Email/Chat support): Provide high quality, real-time assistance in support of client projects. Responsible for word processing and data entry and revisions incorporation in a variety of software and media. The requirement is to check the incoming and outgoing correspondence and to make sure that every information requested in the incoming correspondence is addressed in the outgoing correspondence in the most appropriate and effective manner
Financial Associate (US Insurance): Conducts claims processing activities which include consolidation of documents submitted, analyzes claims, processes claims payments, sends correspondences, coordinates with external clients and in-country personnel for product concerns, and other administrative concerns
