Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary: up to 25k pm
Working Days: 6 Days
Timings: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
Shift: Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Interpret and promote the equitable application of HR policies and procedures.
To participate to meet the goals for key HR processes:
Leave Attendance Management
HR Report generation
Retention strategies
Recognition and Reward strategies
Performance Management compliance
Act as a resource to employees for resolving workplace issues.
