We are now recruiting for the position of ‘Principle Consultant’ within the RPA domain. The position would be responsible for the driving Global RPA projects across Arcadis as the Development Lead.
Train and mentor RPA developers spread across multiple countries.
Act as the Lead Solution Architect and train others to develop the similar skills. Onboarding projects would demand the skills of a Consultant/Business Analyst, liaising between the developer and functional teams while gathering requirements.
Since we are at the early stages of adopting RPA the position would be expected to lead workshops in other countries when required and showcase the capabilities of RPA to our global business.

Qualification & Experience:
• Master’s / Bachelor degree in engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistics or related discipline.
• Overall work experience of 8+ years. Exposure to international assignments would be preferred.
• Experience managing a team of developers working on multiple projects.

• Experience in UiPath (Advanced Level 3 certification), UiPath Orchestrator, SQL,

• Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be capable of technically leading RPA development throughout the organization.
• Should be capable of designing end to end processes using workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities:
• Actively leading the Global RPA projects, engaging with the global business by leading RPA workshops in other countries when required.
• Actively working to promote the Automation First mindset within the organization.
• Mentoring and training developers across multiple countries within Arcadis
• Play the role of the Lead Solution Architect for RPA projects and train others to pick up the skill
• Focus on Process automation with UiPath, use of RPA to automate internal and client facing processes for Arcadis
• The candidate will lead the team for technical development, configuration, design, implementation and testing of process solutions to meet the defined requirements.
• To design end to end processes using workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Providing business case justification for RPA and establish proof of value to the client.

• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

• Responsible for RPA architecture and RPA technology administration functions. Provide training to offshore or other teams in automation process and technology.
• In-depth understanding of the RPA/ Cognitive tool vendors and service providers along with knowledge of tool capabilities, features and functionalities.
