In the time of the Digital revolution, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has been identified as one of the technologies that has massive potential to add immense value to any organization. In the Design and Engineering consulting space we recognize the importance of RPA and how beneficial it could be for us to be the early adopters of this technology in our industry.

We are now recruiting for the position of ‘Principle Consultant’ within the RPA domain. The position would be responsible for the driving Global RPA projects across Arcadis as the Development Lead.
Train and mentor RPA developers spread across multiple countries.
Act as the Lead Solution Architect and train others to develop the similar skills. Onboarding projects would demand the skills of a Consultant/Business Analyst, liaising between the developer and functional teams while gathering requirements.

Since we are at the early stages of adopting RPA the position would be expected to lead workshops in other countries when required and showcase the capabilities of RPA to our global business.

He/ She is expected to setup technical governance that will be an integral part of the CoE, develop & manage a team of RPA developers, aligning with the various stakeholders within the business and collaboratively work towards establishing the automation first approach within the organization.

Qualifications

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s / Bachelor degree in engineering/Computer Science/Math/Statistics or related discipline.
• Overall work experience of 8+ years. Exposure to international assignments would be preferred.
• Experience managing a team of developers working on multiple projects.
• Exposed to agile way of working, engaging the team to deliver high quality outcomes.
• 2-4 years’ experience on any leading tools of RPA UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
• 2 years on one or more of working on Process Automation projects with experience of RPA tools, UIPath.
• Experience in UiPath (Advanced Level 3 certification), UiPath Orchestrator, SQL, .Net
• We are looking for people with a passion to drive automation across a global organisation.
• Skill in automation using Python and experience of Java, .NET framework application development is preferred
• Cognitive Automation experience will be an added advantage.
• Skills to translate business needs to RPA solutions and communicate with the business.
• Experience in developing RPA prototypes and Proofs of Concept.
• Working experience on Relational Databases (MS SQL/ Oracle DB).
• Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be capable of technically leading RPA development throughout the organization.
• Should be capable of designing end to end processes using workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Should be able to convert complex processes into simple and standard steps.


Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• Actively leading the Global RPA projects, engaging with the global business by leading RPA workshops in other countries when required.
• Actively working to promote the Automation First mindset within the organization.
• Mentoring and training developers across multiple countries within Arcadis
• Play the role of the Lead Solution Architect for RPA projects and train others to pick up the skill
• Focus on Process automation with UiPath, use of RPA to automate internal and client facing processes for Arcadis
• The candidate will lead the team for technical development, configuration, design, implementation and testing of process solutions to meet the defined requirements.
• To design end to end processes using workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
• Providing business case justification for RPA and establish proof of value to the client.
• Process Automation monitoring and troubleshooting, status reporting, testing and issue resolution across all the phases.
• Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes and test scenarios in detail where required.
• Responsible for RPA architecture and RPA technology administration functions. Provide training to offshore or other teams in automation process and technology.
• In-depth understanding of the RPA/ Cognitive tool vendors and service providers along with knowledge of tool capabilities, features and functionalities.
• Strives to embrace diverse ideas, best practice, and industry trends from a variety of sources (internal and external) to create quality solutions, products, and services.
