Skills Required:
1 – 4 Years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Ability to plan, develop and drive recruitment strategies.
Exposure in handling volume/lateral recruitment.
Conduct pre-screening interviews.
Exposure in using various sourcing channels like job boards, social media, referrals, campus/ walk-in drives and alumni networks etc.
Performs day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives.
Energetic and enthusiastic individual to work closely with Business Heads and Project Leads to decide recruitment plans and close positions with agreed TAT.
Explore and implement the market best practices in recruitment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with organizational and interpersonal skills.
