We're looking for 3+ yrs of HR professionals who can manage, contribute their ideas to lead organization towards advanced corporate objectives by handling responsibilities of human resources functions including hiring, training & development, HR processes, HR Initiatives, employee engagements etc.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for handling the human resources generalist role including hiring, training & development, HR initiatives, employee engagements etc
Responsible for sourcing candidates through various portals, resume database, referrals, networking sites
Scheduling appointments with the internal and management teams for the interview
Follow up with the candidates for hiring and conducting joining formalities.
Maintaining and updating all the employee files and records in electronic form
Design & implement policies manage statutory compliances, employee welfare & benefits management.
Skills:
Should have at least 3 yrs hands-on experience in IT Recruitment process
Confident, self-motivated, high energy level, patience, perseverance
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
Aggressive sales-driven approach
Salary: Competitive and asper Industry Standard
Education: Any graduation
