Involved in full recruitment Life cycle & end to end recruitment.Understanding the requirements and deciding on the recruitment strategy. Screening resumes from job portals (Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn), Job Posting, Head hunting, bulk mailing, bulk hiring. Arranging for technical panels and all levels of interviews Sharing CV'S, coordinating with candidates for interview Conducting HR interviews with selected candidates Taking hiring and salary approvals from seniors Salary negotiation.
