Locations: Chennai/Pune JD: Should have strong knowledge & troubleshooting skills on ITSM ServiceNow platform. Should have knowledge of development, maintenance and improvement of core ITSM processes through configuration and development of ServiceNow. Resolves issues and problem tickets associated to the ServiceNow platform and integrated applications. Knowledge of CMDB Knowledge on AD, Networking, Clustering and High Availability concepts. Should understand Multi-tenancy. Working knowledge would be an added advantage. Proficient in Javascript, SPEL, and html coding Strong SQL skills Experience with Web Services Integrations preferred (REST, SOAP, HTML, etc) Solid troubleshooting skills not limited to ServiceNow platform, must be able to troubleshoot network and Windows 4 years of experience of ITSM products with at least 3 years of experience implementing various solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Must be able to work on other ITSM tools (CA products preferred) Should be clear in concepts of ITIL. ITIL Certification would be preferred.
