Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
Identify customers needs,clarify information,research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternaive.
eet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Keep records of all conversatons in our call center database in comprehensible way.
Ablity to handle tough situation with customer.
Should be flexible with all shifts.
Ability to multitask,set priorities and manage time effectively.
