To provide a high level of telephone and email support to customers and associated services.
Good proficiency in listening and Typing skills.
Experience in handling International Calls. 
Excellent communication skill is mandatory.

Preferred skills
Fresher (Experience: 0-1 year)
Graduates in any stream.
Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal and written
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Team oriented/player, self-motivated, have good email and telephone etiquettes
Should be open to work in Day & Night shifts (24*7 environment)
Knowledge in MSOffice tools and Google Docs will be added advantage.
