OPENING FOR HR OPERATIONS

Job Description : 
Basic Function
Sound knowledge in HR Outsourced operations - HR shared services/HRO/H2R concepts/HR Backend from outsourced industries

Essential Functions
0-3 years experience on HR backend operations in Hire to Retire Life Cycle
Any non-accounting process experience also holds good
Good knowledge of Hire to Retire processes & applications in the US/UK market
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Good Communicational, Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem Solving skills

Shift Timings : 4.00pm to 1.00 AM ( Transportation facility availability )
