Walk-in drive on Sunday (27/1/2019) from 10 pm to 2 pm Please find the JD AR Caller - 1. Excellent written and oral communication skills 2. Prior experience in AR calling would be an advantage 3. Understand Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) of US Health-care providers 4. Basic knowledge on Denials and immediate action to resolve them 5. Follow up on the claims for collection of payment 6. Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables 7. Should be able to resolve billing issues that have resulted in delay in payment 8. Must be spontaneous and have high energy level 9.
