PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE - JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

Labour Management Coordination with the Contractor Agencies
ISO Documentation
Plant Hygiene Maintenance
Day to Day Quality and R&D Coordination
Arrangements & Planning of Vehicles/ Transportation for material movements (both incoming & outgoing materials).
Co-ordination with 3rd parties for RM (Raw Materials), PM (Packing Materials) & FG (Finished Goods).
Control Over RM & PM Consumption at In-House.
Responsible for Export Dispatches.
New Vendor finalisation & price negotiation
Millet Sourcing & Packing
Planning of RM & PM Coordination with Purchase & Store Personnel.
Cost Saving Project
Help in New Product Developments.
Has to take additional responsibilities whenever required or direct by the HOD/ Management.


R&D AND REGULATORY EXECUTIVE - JOB DESCRIPTION

Innovation & Renovation of Products in multiple categories.
Lead trouble free implementation of New Product, Commercialization, Product claims, SOP, RM/PM/FG Specification.
Coordination with R&D, QA, QC and Production for documentation
Evaluate Research papers on Food Processing, Nutrition, and Ingredient and Translate research findings to practical applications.
Identify and drive cost saving projects.
Collaborate with external agency.
Lead a team of Managers/Quality Control/Quality Assurance/Food Technologists.
Collaborate with Research institutes, Industry, Regulatory bodies, FSSAI etc.
New product development
Ingredient knowledge for NPD (New Product Development) & quality improvement of existing products
Working with Production Team for Commercialization of New Products
Packaging development
Shelf life study Analysis
Packaging (Label) finalisation as per FSSAI requirement
Knowledge of FSSAI : Rules & Regulations
Other Regulatory knowledge w.r.t Food Products
Food licence and registration
All Liaison documentation handling (FSSAI, Legal Metrology, Contractor related liaison, Halal, ISO etc,.)
Willing to take additional responsibilities.
Must be travel in Bangalore & across India when required.


QUALITY ASSURANCE & QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE - JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinating and conducting sensory tests.
Preparing samples for application and thereby supporting industrial sales.
Search for innovative ingredients and additives for NPD.
Conducting the plant trials and in preparation of Technical documents.
Regulation check on product labelling.
Internal Coordination & Communications
Maintaining good working relationship with others. 8. Continuous Learning & Self Improvement
Development and Planned Audit of Vendors and 3rd Party/Contract Manufacturing Units.
Responsible for production plant & machinery.
Analysis & closure of Customer complaints.
Training/skill development Managers/Executives.
Collaborate with other functions in the company and experts.
Collaborate with internal and external bodies.
Ensure Total Management of QA & QC activities
Good control over all QA activities (RM,PM,FG & Packaging)
Analytical knowledge w.r.t Food Products
Good knowledge on FG analysis and sensory evaluation
Manage In-House (internal) RM, FG and PM analysis
Vendor evaluation : To ensure ability to supply RM/PM as per quality standards
Artwork proof-checking
Ensure regular In House & CMU audit
Preparing checking list, SOPs documents for In house activity and 3rd party
Attend to Customer Complaints & prepare CAPA
Pest control Management
Conduct Training for employees
Managing Certification & Documentation of ISO, FSSAI &Halal
Export documentation
