Must have Qualification: MBA (HR Specialization only ) / B.E / B.Tech (2018 ONLY)

Job Description for HR Recruiter.

*Understand client requirements
*Source and attract candidates by using different portals, databases, social media etc
*Screening the profiles, as per the client's requirement
*Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and follow-up.
*Update the interview feedback to candidates and responding to their query.
*Follow up with the offered candidates (pre & post offer)
*Updating and maintaining the database and generating daily reports.
*Screen candidates resumes and job applications.


NOTE: Candidates will be trained on End to end Recruitment by Recruitment Professional on the below mentioned topics

Brief insight on IT Technologies
Effective Communication
JD Construction,
Sourcing,
Basic Search, X-Ray Search.
