Opening for Specialist - Quality Assurance !

Required qualification and experience :- • Assist in setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. • Support in setting customer service standards. • Assist in conducting internal audits and vendor qualification. • Review the internal procedures. • Assist in establishing the procedures using controlled documents such as SOPs, WIs and WPs. • Review the training records for all employees. • Support in reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g, results of quality audits, corrective actions, deviations & complaints), including the need for improvements. • Assist in conducting periodic management review meetings. • Maintain corrective and preventive actions and deviations tracker. • Follow up of action items to meet the timelines.
