Takes incident resolution actions to restore service to customers
Monitoring Incident details, including the configuration Items affected
Project data monitoring, analysis and reporting
Willingness to work 24*7 rotational shift

Experience: 0 – 2 years
Skills Required : MS Office & Sql (DB) (Mandatory)
