Primary Responsibilities:
The optimal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and qualities of the BMC portfolio and the vast competitive landscape
Understanding the BMC portfolio and the vast competitive landscape
Experience selling to and crafting programs for global outsourcers accounts
Understanding and proven success in champion building
Proven ability to build the pipeline within outsourcers and the end clients that they cover
Deep understanding of software contractual and transactional vehicles and how they work
Ability to leverage a complex selling ecosystem in an international forum
Disciplined sales approach and sales process to move from interest to closure
Poise under pressure, strong leadership skills, uncompromising ethical core, and inspired work ethic
Creativity and thought leadership
Your Background:
Driven, sell motivated, proactive hunter mindset
Disciplined and methodical approach to new business, demand creation, and pipeline generation
Global Account Management experience leveraging distributed multicultural teams
Extensive Systems Integrator/Outsourcer experience of sell-to, ideally with a large outsourcer base of knowledge and Indian outsourcer coverage experience
Adaptable to learn, be challenged, and challenge the status-quo
Degree level education preferred
Career demonstrates acceptable tenure
Ability to operate and execute at a high pace, with a demonstrable emotional quotient, intelligence quotient and curiosity quotient.
