Walkin for HR generalist with Payroll experience in Reputed Corporate Concern

Job Analysis / Sourcing / screening / shortlisting / interviewing / Payroll
Time office deployment & monitoring for Security, Housekeeping, on roll & off roll employees

Managing all HR activities including Recruitment / Induction / Personal Management of people ,

Salary / Bonus / Incentive Calculation and Management

Maintain the TAT for the open position.
Setting-up the recruitment strategy to close the position within the time frame.
Regular interactions the Hiring Managers to provide business specific hiring solutions
Effectively utilizing sourcing platforms - Job Portals, Employee Referrals, vendors , professional network sites and personal contacts.
Conduct Interviews and negotiate remuneration to close offers within internal equity principles
Educating new joinees on employment offer/ company policies & business highlights
Conducting Hiring Events regularly.
Ensuring compliance with company processes and maintaining quality of hires.
Joining formalities
Probation Confirmation Process
Exit Management
Attendance Management
Personal File Management & updating
Conducting Employee Engagement Activities

Desired Skills
Experience in Generalist activities including Payroll and Statutory
Excellent written & Communication skills
