Job Description
The Selected candidate as Manager HR will be part of the top management team who will buy-in the companys long term vision and understands the challenges associated with building top notch team in a very competitive market in a startup environment. As HR leader, she will be responsible for attracting, screening, evaluating and recruiting talented Software professionals with high potential and on board them effectively to build a very strong team. Eventually build a growing organization through great culture and appropriate interventions.
The selected candidate will be broadly responsible for (a) Recruitment (b) Culture building (c) Managing generalist HR functions, for a small but growing team.
Recruitment:
Aigilx plans to hire seasoned software talent with experience as well as fresh high potential talent, through campus recruitment and direct drives, to build a very strong and committed product development team. As recruitment manager, the selected candidate will select media to advertise, manage recruitment budget and attract both active and passive candidates through network and connect with them and evangelize / engage them for recruitment. She would also coordinate with the internal team members to understand the requirements and help achieve team building goals.
Culture Building:
Aigilx wants to build an agile high performance learning organization with minimum hierarchy and provide unlimited opportunity and a nurturing environment to the employee community, and unleash their potential to grow with the organization. As the HR leader, the selected candidate, will create HR process and models to implement these plans, innovative and experiment with ideas and create a framework to ensure scalability of the model, through best practices. As an advocate of unique culture, you will evangelize with management and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes and help employees achieve their full potential and paving way for companys success.
Managing HR Generalist functions:
As HR leader, the selected candidate will own the HR service delivery systems to ensure high quality service to employees on all types of services to them. Create process and artefacts to ensure the communication between the organization and people is smooth, consistent, clear and transparent. Further the selected candidate will ensure employees are satisfied and motivated to perform better in their jobs. HR will also make appropriate interventions in the admin functions needed to champion the employees causes and represent the requirements to management and demand actions that would lead to great experience inside the organization. The selected candidate will also be responsible to ensure clear and transparent communication between all the stakeholders to build trust and co-operation among all, through different media, appropriate nudges and interactions.
The selected candidate will demonstrate passion and commitment as a peoples person, and will have pride in building something new and own it, by taking the initiatives to make things happen. Appropriate experience in similar technology company and matching educational qualification with a mix of Technology and Human Resources majors would help.
