Expertise in recruitment for all levels and team management
Identify new opportunities and collaborate with local contacts to create additional values to the organization.
Take ownership of key customer accounts and establish as a trusted partner to our valued clients.
Developing and delivering best recruiting and training practices.
Ability to analyze the overall footfall of recruitment and hiring needs.
Should have experience in Relationship management of key stakeholders, Ongoing operational management of service delivery, ensuring fulfillment and cost efficiency , P&L.
Develop the account to optimize service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
Achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall profitability, success and positive image
