Engineer PCB Repairs - MNC - Chennai

Qualification : B.E Electrical and Electronics Based at : Chennai Experience : 4 to 5 years Salary : CTC 2.5 to 4 Lakhs / Annum but salary is not a constrain for right candidate. Must have strong analytical skills, as fault diagnosis is key to the role PCB fault diagnostics SMD Components replacement capability Making Detailed Repair Analysis reports on each failure. Must have hands on experience in repairing all kind of VFD/ AC drives, Electronic PCB Must be able to work under pressure to ensure the shortest possible turnaround times for repairs Maintaining all records & data of all repairs. Weekly , monthly , quarterly reports to Management Responsible for providing high-quality technical support ( site visits and phone support ) for all Products Taking ownership of technical issues, and working closely with support engineers & customer Providing Repair training to customers as required Must have excellent communication skills and must have excellent customer care skills.
