Jr / Sr Consultant @ *Highmetric Software* *Work Experience* 2 to 6 years. *Location* Pune/Bangalore Minimum 2 years of experience with Service-Now . Good knowledge in development/customization/configuration of ServiceNow Service Request, ITSM, ITBM , ITOM , Sec OPS , HR products. Hands on experience with Servicenow scripting and should have exposure to scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST . Experience in SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications. Integration experience using web services & REST/SOAP. Experience/knowledge of Servicenow Upgrade. Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Service Portal. Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills. Servicenow certifications and ITIL-F certifications good to have.
