Qualification: MBA (Preferably with Engineering background) Experience: 7 to 10 Years Work location: Bangalore Primary Responsibilities: -Work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes -Experience in evaluating candidates -Supervise the talent sourcing team -Keep track of recruitment metrics (including offer to joining, lead time from ePR to offer, cost per hire etc) -Track the innovative practices in talent sourcing for effective hiring for TCI's growth -University graduates hiring & Internship -Review the progress/status with the key stake holders on various hiring assignments. - Project Management for recruitment Required personality traits: -- Strong communication skills - Strategic mindset with focus towards solution - Good in Influencing skill and impactful presentations - Passion to understand and use business acumen.
