Job Description

Ensure adherence to process

Ensure workflow in adherence with the project life cycle

Act as TL in the absence of TL

Responsible for on the floor support to the associates with process instructions

Attend process training and learning meetings

Training and Coaching team members

Query handling

Responsible for Insurance documents and transaction processing based on information received from customer

Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner

Take ad-hoc projects/assignments when assigned

Assist TL with process reports / data

Adhere to all compliance requirements like print security / physical access procedures etc.

Education Qualification - Any graduate/Post graduate in any discipline.

Technical qualification - Excellent communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Courses pertaining to Non-life Insurance will be an added advantage

Experience: 4 - 5 years in Insurance policy processing

Organization Structure: Report to the Associate Team Manager/Team Manager as the case maybe

Work Schedule: Ability to work in night shifts
