Job Description for HR Recruiter: Candidates should have good communication skills  Understand client requirements Source and attract candidates by using different portals, databases, social media etc Screening the profiles, as per the client's requirement. Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation and follow-up. Update the interview feedback to candidates and responding to their query. Follow up with the offered candidates (pre & post offer) Updating and maintaining the database and generating daily reports.
