JOB DESCRIPTION- Tile- Product Support Engineer Experience- Freshers Venue details - CIEL HR Services Pvt Ltd No. 646, 2nd Floor, 27th Main Road, HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102. Interview Date - 2nd April to 4th April'18 Interview Time - 3 pm to 5 pm ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers) Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time SKILLS REQUIRED Basic knowledge on Cloud platform, added advantage if Cloud certification Should be comfortable to do Night Shift Good to have knowledge in Microsoft Azure.
