Primary Skillset:

Experience in Alcatel/Avaya is Mandatory
Mandatory to have good and fluent in speaking English and good at communication.
Self-starter and good team player
Advanced knowledge on telecom (log level analysis)
Candidate should show interest to learn and grow.
Customer oriented

Should have strong Telecom concepts.

Secondary Skillset:
Knowledge on PSTN lines.
Digital Switching Technology (PCM-TDM)
Standard features of Enterprise Communication Servers (PBXs)
Signaling: Loop, E&M, PSTN, BRI, PRI, CCS, CAS, ISUP, SCCP & R2MFC, DECT
Problem Troubleshooting and debugging techniques (both Hardware and Software)
Good knowledge of value-added features of such as Voicemail, ACD, IVRS, CTI, etc.
Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and practical knowledge of LAN / WAN
IP telephony, VOIP, H232, SIP, VoWLAN, Compression techniques.
Videoconferencing on IP/ISDN
IP/Softphones
Sub-netting, VLAN / Tagging concepts
Firewall, Security
Encryption on Network
Compression techniques G711, G723, G729A & G729B
