Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Mon-Fri), Sat & Sun are fixed OFF.


Salary: Rs. 3 LPA CTC

Job Role:

* Would be working on client LMS and other support for leadership team.
* Communicate with customers over e-mail.
* Understand functions & functionalities of any application.
* Use CRM Systems for issue handling properly. 
* Collaborate with off shore/ onshore team to resolve the issues logged by clients.

Required:
* Fresh MBA
* The person needs to be smart, intelligent, great english communication skills and a great attitude. 
* Good logical and aptitude skills.
* Candidates residing near Noida or who can relocate to NOIDA will only be considered.
