We are looking for a trainer who is passionate towards training

Exp: Min 2-5 Years

Prior experience in Process training and/or Recruitment

Strong interpersonal skills

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver Soft skills and related training
- Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Calendar Preparation
- Coordinate, design, deliver and evaluate training modules
- Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program
- Responsible for content development and delivery of new training requirements as well as ongoing review existing content for relevance to business or functional requirements
- To manage communication to employees on training programs, development initiatives such that employee's are consistently aware of avenues for learning

Skill Sets:

- 2-5 years of work experience as a trainer 
- Dynamic, flexible and work attitude focused on quality
- Experienced in working within a corporate environment. -- Professional services/consulting experience a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, must be able to communicate/collaborate virtually and in person with internal teams, along with the ability to listen for understanding
- Ability to deliver under pressure in a busy and fast paced environment
- Able to multi-task and meet deadlines, handling a variety of tasks simutaneously
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully to produce very high quality deliverables
- Self-starter, ability to work/think independently with execellent time management skills, work with little or no supervision, showing ownership and initiative to deliver results
- Pro-active and keen to learn new things
- Can do, positive attitude with ability to stay composed when working under pressure
