Manager / Asst. Manager – Tool Room: SPM Projects #Chennai

Qualifications: BE / Diploma Mechanical / NTTF

Experiences:  8 Years in responsible position – Preferably heading a Tool Room 

Desired Skills

·         Sound knowledge in making & maintenance of all types of Dies, Tools & moulds

·         Spearhead New Product Development (NPD) as per customer drawing & solid models

·         Develop all projects according to customer specifications and ensured customer satisfaction

·         Consistently improve productivity without compromising on quality

·         Ensuring maintenance of spare parts in adherence to set quality standards by the company

·         Steer efforts towards  Preventive & Breakdown maintenance

·         Having outstanding knowledge of tool room procedures and operations 

·         Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions 

·         Good exposure to manufacturing process: Press Shop, Machine Shop, Fabrication 

·         Exposure to development of tools for Special Purpose Machines (SPM)

·         Ability to coordinate with project and design teams and resolve all technical issues

·         Hands on knowledge in  Autocad /3D – Pro – E/ Unigraphics / Solid works

·         Good Man Management skills
