For Technical Process
Knowledge about different Operating Systems, Windows 10, 8, 7
Knowledge on Printers, scanner, Installation of Drivers 
Hands on experience using Email Clients like Outlook. At least some idea about email configuration 
Knowledge about the Internet connectivity issues, VPN Networks, 
Laptop/Desktop Hardware issues like Blue Screens, Beep Sounds, OS errors and how to troubleshoot them
Differences between Internet and Intranet, their usage 
Knowledge on various browsers - how to set them as default, what to be done in case the browser is corrupted etc.
Hands on Experience using different Office Suites like Office 2003, Office 2007 or 2010.
