Manager- Recruitment Operations (Bangalore)

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Recruitment Operations, at least 3 to 4 years with Europe (Preferably Poland, Brno, Dublin, Ireland regions) with strong understanding of different demographics with Europe region preferably in a Shared Service setup • People Management experience of managing a team size of 50+ headcount for 3-4 years • Good experience in sourcing profiles from job portals, LinkedIn, Internet search engines and other free websites • Hands-on experience in sourcing active and passive candidates using multiple recruiting tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with the candidates and stakeholders • Have the ability to multi task and meet aggressive recruitment targets within defined timelines • Good experience in MS Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc. • Willingness to work in Europe shift.
