Responsibilities of the job holder includes, but not limited to, 1.Apply business knowledge to inform and drive the short and long term talent management plan and priorities for the HR team 2. Partner with HR colleagues, Talent Acquisition and the HR Leadership Development Team to develop and execute plans and planning activities to develop talent and support organizational growth and capability 3. Demonstrate analytical capabilities and be able to influence with data-driven recommendations 4.
