Key Duties: • High volume outbound calling (B2C) promoting our client's energy services. • Working towards and achieving daily and weekly targets. • Maintaining a high standard of quality calls to ensure that customers are treated fairly. • Selling energy packages on phone About you: • Tele sales experience preferred. • Excellent communication and customer service skill and a confident telephone demeanour. • Target driven and happy making outbound calls. • Engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers. • Should have very good convincing and selling skills Interview process: Language screening Successful one sale completion with live customers
