Job Description:

Positions: DESIGN / SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEERS (Exp- 2- 8 yrs.)

Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME with first class (minimum 60%of marks).

Overall work experience: 2- 6 years with BE / 4 to 8 years with DME in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design

Role 1:  Casting/ Surfacing/ Sheet metal/ Plastics 

CAD Tool Knowledge: Hands on experience with Pro-E or Creo 

1. Casting
2. Surfacing
3. Sheet metal
4. Plastics
5. Large assembly management
6. Modelling and detailing

Technical skills: 

• Should have worked on Concept and Detail design having experience in surfacing, casting, plastics or Sheet metal parts.
• Should be familiar with assembly sequences, large assembly management.
• Exposure to Heavy engineering design standards and automotive components
• Good understanding and reading complex drawings
• Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
• Working knowledge on GD&T with ASME Y 14.5 standards.
• Independent work executor with little support
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• Good presentation skills
• Good team player.
• Willing to work at customer location on long term assignments if any.

Role 2:  Hydraulics and Sheet metal

CAD Tool Knowledge: Hands on experience with Pro-E or Creo 

• Pro-piping & Terminologies Hoses and tube routing, drawings, Line stock, Environments, Bend table, etc.
• Handling of Large assemblies. 
• Sheet metal.
• Modelling and detailing
• Hydraulic domain Fittings, Connectors, Control valves / Manifolds, Cylinders, etc.
• Fundamentals of Hydraulics Hydraulic layouts, schematics, etc.
• Good understanding and reading complex drawings.
• Good knowledge of Sheet Metal.
• Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM.
• Independent work executer with little support
• Good communication skills both written and oral 
• Good presentation skills
• Good team player
• Willing to work at customer location on long term assignments if any.

Role 3: PRO- Cabling and CHS (Cable Harness Schematics) 

CAD Tool Knowledge: Hands on experience on Pro Cabling. In creo

• CHS for creation of Logic, Integrator Planes and Harness Drawings
• 3D Routing and Harness Drawing creation using Pro Cabling. In creo
• Handling of large assemblies 
• Harness manufacturing experience.
• Very good understanding of schematics.
• Very good knowledge of harness installation process and quality review process.
• Good knowledge of Sheet Metal.
• Execution experience of Wind-chill PDM. (Product data management)
• Independent work executor with little support
• Good communication skills both written and oral 
• Good presentation skills
• Good team player
• Willing to work at customer location on long term assignments if any.
