Job Description:
Responsible for Quality Audit of the catalogue listed by Sellers/Catalogue Service Providers.
Effectively resolve the issues raised by both internal & external clients with respect to the catalogue meeting expected guidelines and be made live on the buyer app.
Should be able to identify any non-adherence of the catalog guidelines from both business and customer perspective
Should be able to communicate the feedback to the sellers to understand and meet the expectations
Coordinate and form a bridge between Catalogue Production & Sellers
Able to prepare training PPTs or DOCs to keep the internal and external stakeholders aligned on the instructions/process updates that needs to be followed
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done and periodic reporting to management
Minimum Bachelors Degree with good knowledge of Fashion Industry
