Roles & Responsibilities:

Need to have Experience in End to End Recruitment.

The quality of Recruitment & Targets are maintained and as per the requirement.

To see that employees are working in a disciplined manner & where necessary report the breach of policy / Code of Conduct and help in implementing Disciplinary Action.

To ensure that Documentation of New Joinee and Employee Leaving the organization is done as per the set process.

To facilitate other department for any sort of Decentralized Activities.

Need to Take care of Attendance & Absents

Need to maintain all the Trackers & MIS Reports.

Should be able to give Induction & Orientation to the new joiners.

Need to involve in all Admin works of the entire branch.
