Number of Openings -05 Job Description Role : Team Lead Coding (E&M, SURGERY) Location : Chennai The candidate should experience between 4 to 8 Years of experience in Medical coding in E/M and Surgery Should have lead minimum of 10 coders Should have exposure in Series 1 6 In Surgeries coders Job Description: Currently providing training to the junior employees on E/M Physician and Facility coding and Surgery updating client guidelines to junior employees regularly. Apart from training, doing QC for the junior employees in order to meet client expectations for best quality coding. Responsible for meeting the daily targets on a daily basis. Maintaining 98 percent of accuracy and productive quality Handling Client calls regarding coding updates. Managing client mails. Reference would be highly appreciated as we do have more openings.
