Qualification: Graduation/Post graduation / MBAs or equivalent Experience: 4-7 years - Prior Experience Operations is Mandatory. Location: Chennai No. of vacancy: 1 CTC: : 2,50,000 to 3,50,000 JD To Direct, manage, coordinate and monitor the various departments i.e., the stock, packing, logistics, admin, GV’s and MIS Teams To effectively coordinate activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements To provide a leadership support function to teams and motivating staff to achieve goals. To effectively handle maintenance of MIS To efficiently resolve escalations Requirements Proven working experience as an operations manager Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
