Urgent Opening - Business Development Candidate should be from BPO SALES Background only. The business developer is to identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings • Planning marketing activities and preparing presentations • Meticulous follow up with the clients and fix appointments for meetings. • Communicating the services to prospective clients and help growing the 'business' of the firm • Conducting Initial Negotiations and monitoring leads to closure • Analytical and negotiating skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative with high attention to detail. A willingness to learn new technologies, techniques and new functions (ERP /CRM) Knowledge, skills, and abilities required: • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. • Exceptional verbal communication • Self-motivated, with high energy,enthusiasm. • Ability to work individually and as part of a team. • High level of integrity and work ethic.
