Job Title:- Customer Support Associate Client: Yupp TV, Chennai Interview Date: 13 Feb 2018 Exp: 0-1 yrs Please share your resume on given id : hr.rec910@itscient.com Job Description:- 1. Need to answer customer support calls related to Yupptv in English (Tamil if Customer is insisting to speak) 2. Resolve the customers issue in the stipulated time frame as documented in Statement of Work & Process Training. 3. Adhere to Process Guidelines laid out by the Floor Management and Operations Team. 4. Ability to guide and handhold customers during the transition time there by generating positive feedback to the team Yupptv. 5. Create and follow up all the daily conversations that have happened with the customers by creating necessary tickets. 6. Follow the guide lines laid by the Operations Team while resolving the tickets by escalating and assigning the tickets to proper teams. 7. Adhere to SLA’s and KRA’s as documented by the Operations in the Process Mapping. 8. Need to outbound calls based on the requirements of the teams so that customers are migrated on time during the transition. Regards Sweta Rani
