Job Description:
1. Good Communication Fluency in English.
2. Basic understanding of hardware and networking issues.
3. Provide Remote Technical Support to customers for the enterprise products
4. Manage customer trouble tickets.
5. Provide troubleshooting support and problem resolution to customers
6. Windows PC troubleshooting competence.
7. Groovy code (Requires some basic JAVA knowledge)
8. Experience in HL7 (Health Level-7 standards)
9. Good Knowledge & experience in SQL queries and Stored Procedures
10. Basic knowledge on Windows servers
11. Basics on JBOSS, ESB and AS2
12. Good knowledge in XML and EDI
13. Quick understanding of customers’ tactics and quick problem-solving skills
14. Night shifts US Day Support (Indian Night time)
Added Weightage:
a) Prior technical documentations experience
b) Prior software testing and related documentations experience
c) Experience in VB / Perl Scripting and ASM technology can also be added weightage.
d) Investigative support, and help with IQs
